Product Description
Anti-paddles, as the name suggests, give the opposite function of hand paddles. If you’re familiar with the closed-fist drill, they serve a similar function, without teaching bad form and habits. They will cause your hand to slip through the water, encouraging swimmers to focus on a full-arm catch and better leverage their body position. Upon taking the paddles off, swimmers will have a better feel for the water, similar to the feeling of wearing normal hand paddles. We take great pride in this product because we believe it can indirectly give swimmers the benefits of hand paddles but without the strain on the shoulders.
